GPU compute arbitrage

The AI boom has an arbitrage.
We chart it.

Where idle capital meets underpriced compute.

In plain terms
  1. 01You commit capital in USDC.
  2. 02We run the arbitrage. Fully automated. Nothing on your side.
  3. 03At day 30, you're back in USDC, net of a fixed fee disclosed upfront.

How it works

We source underpriced Nvidia GPU capacity from third-party marketplaces and resell it to end users running small, medium and large AI workloads. Net proceeds settle in full USDC, on-chain, within 24 hours after each cycle end.

Choose a deployment

Pick an amount matching a whole number of available GPUs. We confirm the figure before anything moves.

Funds move into the program

Your capital is committed to the arbitrage program. We never take custody of it.

We run the arbitrage

The cheapest available Nvidia GPUs are rented and their capacity resold, over a 30-day term.

You get an invoice

Every node settlement produces a clear, itemized invoice.

Deployment tiers

Deploy the capital, we run the arbitrage. You keep 100% of what it generates, net of the service fee.

Service fee is a fixed price for operating the arbitrage over the term. It is not a return, yield or profit share. Any performance beyond the fee accrues to the client and is not guaranteed.

NDA · KYC / KYB verified access

Request access

Terms, performance data and full documentation are shared under NDA, after entity verification.

Amount must be a multiple of €10,000, minimum €50,000.
Request received. We will be in touch to initiate NDA execution and KYC / KYB verification, typically within one business day. Terms and full documentation are shared after that.

Risk & terms

The full agreement is issued with your quote. This is the summary.

Your capital, your risk

You bear full responsibility for deployed funds and market risk. No profit, return, or uptime is guaranteed.

Service, not advice

Nodehavn is a technical intermediary, not an adviser, broker, custodian, or investment manager. Nothing here is financial advice.

Non-custodial

0% of client funds are custodied by Nodehavn. No funds held, no physical access to hardware.

Settlement

Net proceeds settle in full USDC, on-chain, within 24 hours after each cycle end. Subject to network conditions.

Funds can be lost, without recourse

Third-party bank freezes, exchange restrictions, counterparty failure, or on-chain incidents can result in permanent, irrecoverable loss of deposited funds. Nodehavn bears no liability for such loss.

Questions we get asked

Worth knowing before you request access.

Why now?

Nvidia GPU capacity is at an all-time premium as AI workloads scale, yet marketplace pricing remains highly fragmented. Spot and reserved rates for identical hardware routinely differ by 2 to 3x. That inefficiency is the arbitrage window. It exists now because the AI infrastructure market is expanding faster than pricing standardisation.

What's a node?

A node is a single Nvidia GPU, or a small tightly-coupled group of them, operating as one unit of compute. Think of it as one machine dedicated to AI workloads. Each deployment funds one or more nodes that Nodehavn rents from GPU marketplaces and resells to end users.

How is my capital protected?

Nodehavn is fully non-custodial: 0% of your funds are custodied by us at any point. Capital remains under your control until it is deployed to marketplace positions. Market risk, counterparty risk and on-chain risk remain, and permanent, irrecoverable loss is possible. See Risk & terms.

How are funds secured?

Deployed capital moves through a non-custodial arbitrage protocol. Once committed, positions run without further client action: no maintenance, no keys to rotate, no operations to manage. The mechanic is fully automated and passive.

Communication discipline. Nodehavn will never contact a client asking for a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or any credential. Nodehavn will never initiate contact requesting additional funds outside an agreed deployment schedule. All official communications come from an address ending in @nodehavn.com. Onboarding can be scheduled by writing to operations@nodehavn.com. When in doubt, always verify by writing to an address published on this site.

Third-party bank freezes, exchange restrictions, counterparty failure and on-chain incidents remain external risks beyond Nodehavn's control and can result in permanent, irrecoverable loss. See Risk & terms.

What happens at the end of the 30-day term?

Your deployment either terminates and settles, or is renewed for another 30-day cycle. Settlement is made in full USDC, on-chain, within 24 hours of cycle end. Renewal requires explicit instruction, it is never automatic. There is no early exit during a running cycle.

How long does onboarding take?

From access request to first deployment, typically three to five business days: NDA execution within 24 hours, KYC / KYB verification over one to three business days, then contract signature and capital commitment.

Where can I see the data?

By design, deployment-level data (wallet addresses, node identifiers, settlement records) is only shared with the client under the executed NDA and contract. Publishing on-chain activity publicly would expose client USDC addresses to phishing, front-running and targeted attacks. It is a security principle, not opacity. Verified clients receive complete transaction records at each settlement and can request additional reporting via their named account manager.
